Annoyed!!

I have downloaded this game three times because after a few days it crashes and wont open. I have spent money on coins and gears each time, there needs to be a way to restore purchases since I have lost all coins and gears each time the game crashes. Will not download again unless bug fixed and will not spend money on other games made by same company in case same thing happens.
